Crash with signal aborted when provided user tree is multifurcating #40

Description

@corneliusroemer

I tried to use a multifurcating tree as input for mpboot and this resulted in a crash. I've compiled current master from source:

Reading user tree for evaluating patterns
Time for reading: 0.010 seconds
Parsimony score: 6033
Reordering patterns in alignment by decreasing order of pattern parsimony... 5.295 seconds
NOTE: 1 identical sequences will be ignored during tree search

Reading input tree file ../pree/test/full.nwk ...
Assertion failed: (leaf->isLeaf() && near_node->degree() == 3), function deleteLeaf, file phylotree.cpp, line 4911.

*** MPBoot CRASHES WITH SIGNAL ABORTED
*** For bug report please send developers:
***    Log file: ../pree/test/full.fa.log
***    Alignment files (if possible)
zsh: abort      ./mpboot -s ../pree/test/full.fa ../pree/test/full.nwk

This contains all the necessary files, remove the txt extension (it's necessary to allow upload to Github)
