[Bug]: Asking to reload after removing a skill

Steps to reproduce

1. Remove a skill and the popup will come up

Expected behavior

Maybe just show a confirmation dialog without prompting to restart the app.

Actual behavior

I'm not sure if the app needs to be restarted after removing a skill. Probably not.

@kbariotis we're working on fixing this.

It's an unfortunate behavior of how opencode works which we depend on. When you add a skill if you want to use it right away the opencode engine needs to be reloaded. I'm working on finding better workarounds in the shorterm.

I'll try to give it a go today.
