Configurable Expandable Comments

Hi, just starting using the tool and really like it.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add configuration for custom expandable comments?

For example the "additional output " is hardcoded into digger.dev. Working backwards from an ideal world where I can have things like

-> Trivy Scan
-> Infracost Analysis

Each which would be separately expandable, avoiding the need to merge things into the Additional Output section
