Move Notion fetch from Github actions to external API #120
Description
Depending on running Notion fetch for populating content branch on Github Actions alone is creating unstable behavior, where it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, and takes a long long time.
Should explore if it's possible to publish Notion fetching scripts as an external API, and call it directly from Notion buttons, to create a more stable and faster experience for content fetching.
