Include used library licenses in release information

Describe the Bug

Many Open Source Licenses do require naming the used license and also the copyright holders. If we bundle these libraries, it is our obligation to show the license information. Example: https://integreat.app/licenses

Steps to Reproduce

1. No information in the back end.

Expected Behavior

Show the license information.
