Description

@HuguetteAfi

As a content reviewer, I want to access the CMS and review AI-generated images and vocabulary, so that I can quickly check whether each image matches the word and correct or replace it directly in the CMS and give feedback. This will make the review process faster and more efficient, without needing to go through the mobile app.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Reviewers can log in to the CMS with their own accounts. Access to a job
  • After logging in, reviewers see a list of vocabulary items with their associated AI-generated images.
  • For each image, reviewers can:
    (1) Approve the image if it matches the word.
    (2) Reject the image if it does not match.
    (3) Upload or suggest an alternative image if needed or can add comment, no access to AI generating
    (4) Changes and feedback are automatically saved in the CMS.
  • The system tracks who made each change (user name + timestamp).
  • Admins can view or export review data (e.g., approved/rejected counts, reviewer activity).

Technical Tasks:

  • Create a "Reviewer" role in the CMS with limited edit rights (e.g., image and text fields only).
  • Add a review dashboard in the CMS for filtering and browsing vocabulary items.
  • Implement feedback buttons (Approve / Reject / Replace image)?
  • Store review history (status, reviewer, date)?
  • Optional: notifications or flags for vocabulary items that need rework.
