Sort Vocabulary Groups by Job and Unit

As a content manager, I want to be able to sort vocabulary items within a vocabulary group by Job and Unit separately, so that I can quickly find, review, and manage content more efficiently.

Actual status:

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given a vocabulary group containing entries from different Jobs and Units
• When I select “Sort by Job,” then the vocabulary list is displayed in alphabetical order by Job.
• And when I select “Sort by Unit” within the job, only the vokabulary of the said job and unit is listed
• The dropdown menu of the filter for units should list all the units belonging to the job
