Links in redactor / CKEditor fields are not being translated.

Describe the bug

When translating redactor and CKEditor fields containing links to entries, the link still points to the source-language-version of the entry.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a multi-site setup with two different languages
   eg => german and english
2. Create two entries, one of them with a redactor or ckeditor field.
   eg => /de/produkt, /de/kontakt
3. Create a link to the other entry
4. Translate the page

Result: The translated link from /en/product still points to /de/kontakt.

I only did a quick test, but I think you could just strip the siteId from the link before you save it, craft would then automatically chose the translated version of the entry.
