Yeah!-ing a quote-tweet automatically Yeah!-s the tweet it's quoting

Sometimes when I Yeah! a quote-tweet I find that the original tweet also got Yeah'd on it's own, this is an issue because oftentimes the tweet I actually Yeah'd is a rebuttal to the original tweet (which makes it look as if I were a massive hypocrite who completely agreed with both tweets).
