Cached MP4 audio files report DidFinishPlaying immediately

A cached mp4 file is not played. Instead AudioStreaming directly reports finished playback. With AudioStreaming version 1.2.8 this wasn't the case. From version 1.3.0 upwards this issue is occurring. The callback audioPlayerDidFinishPlaying is called immediately with stopReason: eof. The callback audioPlayerUnexpectedError is not called. The log doesn't show any anomaly either.

Hey, is it possible to get the mp4 file that is cached, as I understand from the thread on your repo it seems that the server transcodes the file. So I wanted to check if the mp4 file is optimized or not

The check optimized detection for mp4 was incorrect, this should fix this

Latest release should fix this, let me know if it works
