Phone numbers do not show up e.o. related issues

1. Description
   • for every phone number ordered via TropoVBX a new app is created on my Tropo account
   • phone numbers never show up in TropoVBX, they do show up on my Tropo account
   • got a bogus timeout error when ordering a toll-free, Tropo account did list new toll-free number
2. Steps to reproduce
   • order a number from within TropoVBX

Something is not working in my opinion.

So it wasn't a permissions thing...

• toll free number error http://imgur.com/a/GSbJr persists
• multiple apps are still created in my tropo account, seems once it has encountered an error such as the previosu one it creates a new app for the next phone number. I'm a new user of Tropo so it may be that I've misunderstood something on my end.
