Implement Video Processor

Using OpenCV until told otherwise,

• Add ability to record from webcam.
• Implement playing from video files.
• Complete logic for pausing currently playing video.
• As well as stopping the currently playing video.
• And stopping a recording.
• Sync with audio recording.
• Hook up Video toggle switch to UI.
• (Optional) Choose between webcam and screen sharing with settings prompt.
