I think this is a good idea. It helps Django push forward with our professed community values.

Given the current political climate in the US, I think it's essential that the DSF has a plan to move the IP, and if necessary foundation as whole, to a non-US jurisdiction, however.

@carltongibson 👍 yep, we have a few people that have been discussing this more and more. It’s tons of work though and we have other urgent things to work on, so lower down the priority list, at least for now.
