Add functionality to send mail to users from admin panel. It will be similar to what is implemented in event user registration. Also, It should be a background job.

@DevilsAutumn can you please share any doc/link on how to setup backend and run the full app.
You can add a setup guide in the README.md as well.
I think it will be great and beneficial for other folks as well.

Hi @nitin-1926 , we do have a small section in Readme for contributing to djangoindia.org, it contains a link to the Contributing.md file which has all the steps to setup the project locally.
Please let me know if anything breaks while setting up, happy to help.(There might some env variables missing from the doc)
