Create speaker intro post for django india X Pydelhi meetup

Need to create 4 posts introducing the speakers of the meetup to the community. we will be posting them on our social media.

speaker details will be updated soon.

how to contribute:

• fork repo
• Create a new folder under the graphics and desgin folder with the name as your github username.
• upload all posts inside that folder with name as issue_number.jpg. If there are multiple files then append one incremental number after each file name. for example for this issue file names will be issue_2_1.jpg, issue_2_2.jpg, issue_2_3.jpg and so on.
• create a PR
