Newer version of Affine not detected on Github #131

From https://github.com/toeverything/affine I have deployed version 0.26.1. There is a newer version available
https://github.com/toeverything/AFFiNE/pkgs/container/affine/715565955?tag=0.26.4
Tags look fine but it doesn't seem to be detected by PatchPanda. Why?

The image lacks the label "org.opencontainers.image.source", is this the reason?
