[Feature Request]: Ability to refresh individual stack

Would like the ability to be able to refresh PatchPanda data for an individual stack . Currently, if an issue is identified, you must Refresh all to see if corrections worked or wait till next scan. Refresh all can exceed github API calls.

Good idea. One note though, did you specify credentials for GitHub API? You should not be exhausting the limit.
