Auto update hours

Thanks for the great work! This is by far the best tool I've used for updating docker containers I've found.

It would be great if, alongside some of the other issues already raised, it were possible to set auto updates hours so that automatic updates are only completed within a certain time period. Either that or probably simpler to implement, the ability to set a check for update period using cron.
