Major/minor updates

Would it be possible to have an option for each container not just to blacklist (already suggested in another issue) auto updates but also whether to apply minor autoupdates/digest changes but not to carry out major updates. Some github release notes don't have full changelog in github (e.g. linuxserver images) and therefore breaking changes can't be detected.
