"fixed" width of tasks view

Hi @dkorecko - one more, minor, improvement idea:

Currently, when a task is in edit mode, the "edit" windows width is rather small. And additionally the width changes when switching between the sections (description, comments, activity, Time Tracking).

Can you probably make the window a bit broader by default and keeping the same width for every section?
