Admin Panel SMTP Settings

How about moving the SMTP settings into the Admin Panel, so these can be easily changed / updated without needing to mess around with the environment variables? Further to this, have a way to test the SMTP settings within the Admin Panel.

Good idea, especially for being able to verify it works right away! I would probably make this in a way where the currently provided environment variables SMTP would act as the default, but changing in the app settings essentially overrides them forever for backwards compatibility. If anyone has any other issues/suggestions, let me know.
