improving reminder mails

Hi @dkorecko - thanks for releasing version 1.8.0, blocking signups works like a charm. As I can use the reminders function now, I stumbled over one more thing:

I would be great not only having the task ID in the reminder mails but also the subject and description, so that the recipient directly knows about what needs to be followed up on - without further need of checking in Ticky itself.

And it would make things even easier, if it would also be possible to click on a deeplink to open the task directly from within the mail.

All great ideas! I will take a look at implementing this.

Leaving this open until implemented to see if anyone would like to see anything more implemented.

Implemented in #92, including an improved design. Will make some further changes before releasing, but will be included in the upcoming release. Thanks for the suggestion! :)
