CLI restructure: remaining items from proposal

Context

docs/CLI_RESTRUCTURE_PROPOSAL.md (by cool-wolf) was removed because parts were already implemented. This issue tracks the remaining unimplemented ideas.

Already Done

• Hidden field on Command struct (feat(cli): improve help output with categorized commands #337)
• Aliases marked as hidden from --help (feat(cli): improve help output with categorized commands #337)
• Categorized help output with DAEMON/REPOS/AGENTS/etc groups (feat(cli): improve help output with categorized commands #337)
• Category field on Command struct (feat(cli): improve help output with categorized commands #337)

Not Yet Done

• guide command — interactive walkthrough for new users showing repo init → start → worker create → attach flow
• Rename agents → templates — agent (running instance) vs agents (definitions/templates) is confusing. Rename to templates list/spawn/reset
• Deprecation warnings on aliases — init, list, start, attach, work, history should print deprecation notices pointing to canonical commands
• v2.0 alias removal plan — decide timeline for removing deprecated aliases
• Merge worker/workspace under agent — Option C from proposal. agent create "task" replaces worker create, agent create --workspace replaces workspace add
