revert path to data

For 2024 course, Dan S changed the datadir to "data" rather than "../data". In retrospect this was likely a mistake, because people saved their Rmd files in the "scripts" directory and for code executed from an Rmd Rstudio looks at the location of the Rmd file. Therefore we should go back to "../data"
