Add Time Tracking Capabilities

I can currently see that you can start a timer for the tasks that will run and can be stopped at any time, but this time doesnt get saved anywhere, or am I wrong?
Is it possible to add time tracking capabilities to this software? The following implementations would be awesome for my usecase:

1. See all the timeranges when I was working on the task (+ duration, which is implicit)
2. See all the durations sum-up for the task, so I know how much time I invested in it
3. Maybe also add the time of the tasks of a project, to see how much time I invested in that project and maybe later on with more statistics like "this month" or within a custom time range.

Or is it not planned to extend the functionality of the app in this direction?

You're right, focus timer is working in client-side only, and nothing is recorded on the server. I agree that having a synced timer is useful, I have a few concerns that I'll mention at the bottom.

good suggestion, this would be very useful.

Concerns:

• runaway timer: timer that you forget to stop, keeps going and mess up the statistics.
• "I forgot to start the timer": tasks you forget to start the timier and have already started working on, now the timer is inaccurate.
• real-time sync: timer needs to be synchronized across all devices, synchronization (especially real-time) is not yet supported.
