Make possible to use user keyboard

I would like for there to be an option to use your own software keyboard, as in, what the user has defined for other apps, instead of the forced QWERTY one.
The QWERTY one can be default, I think.

There could be an automatic or configurable remapping of Ctrl-->Cmd, Alt-->Opt, and for Ctrl itself... well, to be honest, the Macintosh Plus' keyboard didn't have a Ctrl key.
But II's did.
