Settings for node layout #9
Description
This happens on both the website and the vscode addon, as you can see hilarity ensues:

Some settings for making things more readable would be amazing:
- padding around each node
- how the nodes are laid out, a great idea would be to use d3-dag : https://observablehq.com/@erikbrinkman/d3-dag-topological
- allow horizontal/vertical
- allow layout algo to be chosen
