New macOS VMDK file

Thanks for your excellent instruction which saved me a lot of time. However, The VMDK provided in the tutorial is MacOS Catalina 10.15 which was released in 2020, about 2 years ago. Many apps such as Xcode don't support this version now. Is it possible to provide a latest macOS version (Big Sur or Monterey)  VMDK for AMD? Many thanks.
