Changes made to get all examples in workspace building successfully

• Analyze the current pnpm workspace configuration
• Update pnpm-workspace.yaml to include examples/* instead of just examples/tests
• Check if any examples reference mdxdb that needs to be updated to @mdxdb/fs
• Fix build issues in examples to make them all build successfully
• Create a pull request with the changes

I've made the following changes:

1. Updated pnpm-workspace.yaml to include all examples in the workspace by changing examples/tests to examples/*
2. Updated the content example to use @mdxdb/fs instead of mdxdb:
   • Changed the dependency in package.json
   • Updated the build script to use the new package name
   • Added an mdxdb.config.js file to properly configure the build
3. Added package.json files for incomplete examples (agents, services, waitlist, website, workflow) with minimal configuration to ensure they can be included in the workspace

These changes should ensure that all examples can be built successfully within the workspace.
