Description
We need to create a new package called human-in-the-loop that exposes the idea of a "Human Function" where a human can be asked to do a task, and return a strongly-typed output. We should support Slack Block kit, as well as Teams, React/ShadCN and Email (via React Email) as concrete implementations that enable a Human to accept input, perform a task, and return output (which could be making a decision, doing a review, making an approval, etc). The input and output can be arbitrary (any) or strongly typed, depending on the requirements/context.
