We've just released v2.0.0-beta.1. The release includes 2 small, yet breaking changes, and following semver, it's a new major version.

The breaking changes are:

• changed format of dates in response headers [BUG]: GraphMockResponsePlugin Mocked JSON date format depends on local machine culture settings #1436
• changed behavior of the OpenAITelemetryPlugin Make OpenAITelemetryPlugin record report metrics only if 'recording' is on #1440

You can grab the beta from homebrew and releases, and it should become available on winget shortly. We plan to release a stable v2.0.0 version in the first week of December '25.
