Where is this error triggered?

"Could not be found" is clear enough. But why is the compiler looking for the missing file at all? Where is it referenced? Clicking on the error message does not highlight any line of code. In my case, the file has been excluded from the project intentionally. The File column shows "vbc" which means nothing to me.
