EventManager issue

We are having issues with the eventmanager
Tested in both 7.4.2 and 7.6.0

I inject IEventManager into a manager class, and use it like this

entity.Status.SetCondition(ConditionReason.Reconciling, ConditionType.Ready, ConditionStatus.Unknown);
await _kubernetesClient.UpdateStatus(entity);
await _eventManager.PublishAsync(refreshedEntity, "test1", "Starting reconciling", EventType.Normal);
.... some logic for reconciling...

entity.Status.SetCondition(ConditionReason.ReconciliationSucceeded, ConditionType.Ready, ConditionStatus.True, "Reconcilliation Succeeded");
await _kubernetesClient.UpdateStatus(entity);
await _eventManager.PublishAsync(entity, "test2", "Reconcilliation Succeeded", EventType.Normal);

Result is that sometimes only the first event is visible even though we succeeded. Sometimes they dont show up at all:

Update: I found that as long as count is 1 (first time) the event is working, but as soon as it goes to > 1 then the event is not working/displayed anymore..

Update 2:
It looks like there is a collision with already existing event. Because the event have the same name!

I Also tried injecting into controller and parsing it to manager class, but it makes no difference

So everything looks good but the event is not showing up...
