TRTG file location in Android is not great for syncing between devices

It would be great if Treetag in Android modified the .trtg file which is opened with "Add from folder" -function.

Now it seems that Treetag copies the file to /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/org.bellz.treetag/files/ folder and modifies the file there.

Android file managers are not able to open that folder. Syncthing cannot access that folder. It is about Android file permissions.

If user could select the .trtg file folder or if Treetag would use the original file location, syncing with other devices would be possible.

I think it is important that user can modify the same files with different devices.

Unfortunately, Android permissions are as big a headache for programmers as they are for users.

Currently, TreeTag cannot simply and reliably read and write to a common folder. So I don't trust using a common folder as the working directory. The problem is lack of a good Flutter/Dart library to handle the new Android Storage Access Framework. There is an immature library, so I might be able to resolve this in the future.

Meanwhile, a work-around is to use the Copy to Folder command before transferring files. This command should be working again for the next release.
