500 error on HandleGetModelByID given nil pointer #13
Description
ModelService.GetModelByID needs to more robustly propogate an error for a modelID that does not exist. As this is really in place for a something down the line like a GUI to poll for statuses, I'm not going to focus on it right now, but this issue will service as a note.
