Provide a command to deactivate qvm

It would be nice to have a command such as qvm deactivate (similar to the nvm deactivate command) that would remove the current quarto link (if any).

thanks @gtritchie for the suggestion - happy to implement that. Give you're doing some work to support qvm in rstudio's logic what would the ideal situation look like?

One of the challenges is that tools like nvm often shim certain commands directly, where I did not feel confident writing that degree of shell and so took the "easy out" of just giving enough command structure to make it so a user could get qvm to add itself and provide a cleaned up path with the qvm bin location in front.

My proposed solution would be that I can add a deactivate command that would drop a file in the qvm config dir that would be something like .deactivate - if that file was detected to be present, qvm path add and friends would essentially no-op

similarly, qvm activate would just remove that file. It's not so fancy as actually re-writing the bash rc/etc but would address this goal?
