I'm unsure if complied version can be released as tar.gz, zip, rpm or sandoxs (like flatpak)

I checked result after fix #1 and doesn't seems to depend on pascal.

Is there any guide to package it? in flatpak looks like there's a extension using lazbuild so probably there's a way to build and package there

Dependencies should be just on the UI toolkit it was compiled with - QT or GTK depending on your Lazarus installation - and libHaru. In case of QT, qt4pas or qt5pas is requied - details here https://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Qt5_Interface#Linux
IIRC I just took the binary compiled against GTK and zipped it, nothing distro specific (I don't have experience in creating rpm or flatpacks.).
Even LibHaru can be linked dynamically if so desired - which I think I used to do - by removing {$define USE_STATIC} in hpdf.pas (I haven't tested it for a while, but should work).
