In BLE mode 3 the LoRa message is port 9 with the list of iBeacons. This works fine if there is transport mode 0 or no movement.
If transport is enabled and there is movement, the LoRa Message is Port 2 with an empty GPS position (there is no GPS position aquired).
As soon there is no movement anymore, the LoRa message is again with port 9 with the list BLE beacons.
This behavior is wrong. In motion the LoRa message should stay with port 9 and the list of iBeacons.
