Wrong port in message when in ble mode 3 and movement is MOVE

In BLE mode 3 the LoRa message is port 9 with the list of iBeacons. This works fine if there is transport mode 0 or no movement.
If transport is enabled and there is movement, the LoRa Message is Port 2 with an empty GPS position (there is no GPS position aquired).
As soon there is no movement anymore, the LoRa message is again with port 9 with the list BLE beacons.

This behavior is wrong. In motion the LoRa message should stay with port 9 and the list of iBeacons.

Additional Info:
SMODE is 3,0,3 (hybrid BLE/GPS with full BLE beacon list)

It's the same in Alarm state. If alarm is true, the LoRa message port is 2 with empty GPS position. After Alarm exit, the LoRa message is port 9 again.

Interesting:
While TrackerD is in Alarm or in Motion state, AT+CFG shows SMODE=1,0,3
If there is no Alarm nor Motion, AT+CFG shows SMODE=3,0,3

More Infos:
the first message directly after the Motion event is correct. The subsequent messages are not correct.
After an Alarm event all following messages are not correct until exit Alarm.
