Show on Pages

I am having trouble getting the Recent Threads to show on pages other than the Index. I have the following information in the pages section:

index.php
showthread.php
forumdisplay.php
pages.php
faceclaims.php
newpoints.php
absences.php
memberlist.php
member.php
