Background evaluation

The reason we have Dribs in Dribdat is that people can communicate their progress. Some journalling and reflection are a very good thing, but what about having some Dribs posted automatically? When you upload a slide deck, or the AI has something interesting to say about it ("good job on completing all 7 of the slides in the template!", "cool! your team just made it's 20th git commit", "how about taking a short water break?" ...), the Dribs could be automatically posted. You should still be notified about this, which is another topic. Currently also the automatic evaluations are manually prompted, so it would be a background service that goes and notifies the projects.
