how can i use this ? what do i have to do, to Install this?

You need some kind of Linux or windows server. For example an raspberry pi.
The easiest way would be to set up two docker container. One for spoolman and one for openspoolman. You can use the existing docker-compose files.
Than you only have to adjust the settings of your containers to your environment.
