I am also getting the same error. Using Xcode 14.0.1

When adding arm64 to excluded ARCHS, the project will build, but the following warning is issued for CFAgent and CFAgentLib:

"warning build: None of the architectures in ARCHS (arm64) are valid. Consider setting ARCHS to $(ARCHS_STANDARD) or updating it to include at least one value from VALID_ARCHS (arm64, arm64e, armv7, armv7s) which is not in EXCLUDED_ARCHS (arm64)."

I also occurred in xcode 14.3.2. I changed the version to xcode 13.4.1 and built it, and it worked well without errors.

There are workarounds to this. If you dig through the issues related to this same thing within WebDriverAgent, then you can discover there is an easy solution. ( and not the one chosen ultimately by WDA maintainers... )
