I really enjoy readline, but it doesn't seem to work for mandarin as it treats a paragraph as an entire block to flash across. My chinese extension is already very good at parsing multi-character phrasing together, so chunking should not be too big of an issue.
I was thinking that developing versions for non-latin alphabets would be great, but also versions with dictionary definitions and romanizations so that it can be used by language learners.
