Collect a minimum of ~10 seconds of speech from each target speaker that does not contain the wakeword, trying to include as much variation as possible in the speech

Likely for each laguage maybe users could submit phonetic pangrams I did a rough hack here as a CLI recorder that maybe someone would like to add some finesse https://github.com/StuartIanNaylor/ProjectEars/tree/main/dataset/reader

A phonetic pangram is a simple sentence that conatins all phones for a certain language and supposedly works with all languages but native speakers will likely have to submit them.
