Likely for each laguage maybe users could submit phonetic pangrams I did a rough hack here as a CLI recorder that maybe someone would like to add some finesse https://github.com/StuartIanNaylor/ProjectEars/tree/main/dataset/reader
A phonetic pangram is a simple sentence that conatins all phones for a certain language and supposedly works with all languages but native speakers will likely have to submit them.
That quick beige fox jumped in the air over each thin dog Look out I shout for he's foiled you again creating chaos
Is one where every phone in English is in a sentence there are a few others in the above repo.
There are a few examples @ https://clagnut.com/blog/2380#:~:text=in%20lower%20case)-,English%20phonetic%20pangrams,US%20accents%20and%20phonological%20analyses)
