Plans to get back on CRAN?

Hi @duncantl and @gmbecker,

I've just learnt that CodeDepends was archived by CRAN on 2025-12-17.

Do you think you'll be able to get it re-hosted there?
It's an indirect but key dependency of Bioconductor's OSCA book, via rebook.
We're trying to figure out how to handle this to get the books building successfully again.

Hopefully Gabe can speak to this as he has made the recent changes and hopefully knows what the issues with CRAN are.
If not, I am happy to take a look. Unfortunately the links on CRAN appear to be unavailable as outdated.
It seems that the issues are debian clang/gcc?
