Core Voltage Runaway #1
Description
In some cases when in T2 the core voltage can be increased and never get to the expected hash rate or error threshold. Core voltage keeps increasing and never settles on runable configuration. When in T2 if we’ve stepped core voltage for X times and still haven’t gotten to a stable state stop increasing voltage.
Maybe a max core voltage is needed also.
