Add bamboo growth

Ideas:

• Set fullyGrownAt ONLY when planted on specific blocks
• Define a MAX_BAMBOO_HEIGHT
• When calling grow on bamboo, iterate through the existing bamboo blocks on top and add additional blocks depending on how close to fullyGrownAt we are (up to MAX_BAMBOO_HEIGHT)
