[ Feature Request ] Add "only head" to `1 hp mode` select dropdown

To see you would be killed online but... you have 1 last chance. Thorax excluded.

Also would be great to make additional checkbox "use feature once per body part". So TAC-X bullet should disable left arm, but ONCE (only ONCE) this arm has 1hp left. Second hit - disables left arm. Same for right arm, leg, thorax, etc...
