Update Runner to Support GeoBlazor #1
Description
Update Self-hosted Runner Docker Container to support GeoBlazor Samples deployment
- Update to latest Ubuntu image and GH actions version
- Update git
- Provide permissions for installing .NET in
/usr/share/dotnet - Install powershell
- Install Azure CLI
- Simplify docker compose setup (we don't need the replication)
