Hi
I am sure i have set velvet in my path
"Compilation settings:
CATEGORIES = 2
MAXKMERLENGTH = 127"

and then i found the oase Compilation settings:
CATEGORIES = 2
MAXKMERLENGTH = 64

so i used the command "make OPENMP=1 CATEGORIES=4 MAXKMERLENGTH=192"
but it remained "MAXKMERLENGTH = 64"
i don't known why

Hi,
can you try to edit the Oases makefile and also set
export MAXKMERLENGTH = 127

This should work.
